NSU Property Compliance was founded on a simple idea: landlords, letting agents and homeowners deserve a professional service that's also genuinely easy to deal with.

I'm an accredited Legionella Risk Assessor based in Dartford, covering Kent and South East London. I've recently completed my DEA and Retrofit Assessor training and am currently working through accreditation — EPC and Retrofit services will be launching very shortly.

Before setting up NSU, I spent years working in a corporate environment. When you book with NSU, there's no call centre — you deal with me directly, from booking through to report delivery.
